The Wyoming Senior Olympics:
Promoting Active Lifestyles and Community Engagement
Our 2025 Initiative
The Wyoming Senior Olympics (WSO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring adults aged 50 and older to lead active, healthy lives. By offering competitive and recreational sports, WSO nurtures physical fitness, mental well-being, and meaningful social connections.
For decades, WSO has enriched lives across Wyoming. In 2025, we’re enhancing this legacy with a new initiative: the introduction of 35+ age divisions in select events. This expansion reflects our dedication to inclusivity, fostering wellness for a broader audience while maintaining our signature events—the Wyoming Senior Winter Games and the Wyoming Senior Summer Olympics—for those 50 and older.
In 2024, we celebrated another milestone by inducting the inaugural class of the WSO Hall of Fame, honoring remarkable contributions of our athletes to WSO.
